We all have Mental Health. Mental health can be positive to poor. Periods of poor mental health are part of the everyday ups and downs in life. If you experience poor mental health, this does not mean you have a mental illness. A diagnosable mental illness is different, but people often mix up the words mental health and mental illness. Also, if someone lives with a mental illness they can and often do experience positive mental health.
